Built 1906-08 by Karl Koller for Josef Giger; several reconstructions. Massive building complex on a wooded out-cropping above the lake. Battlements corner tower in the fashion of Mediaeval-romantic; richly furnished in the Art Nouveau and Eclectic styles. Verandas with vistas of the countryside; unique location at the entrance to the Fex valley. Swimming pool, 1970, by Otto Glaus.
